Baby Pudding

Iris has tried (in no particular order... okay, alphabetically)

Applesauce
Bananas
Beets
Carrots
Green Beans
Peas
Pears
Rice Cereal
Sweet Potatoes

She has yet to find a vegetable (or fruit) that she won't eat.

Eli, who as a baby would eat squash and sweet potatoes, and then only in limited quantities, has been trying out her baby food.
He still loves sweet potatoes. He calls it "baby pudding". I may start making him mashed sweet potatoes, since it's such a challenge getting him to eat veggies!

(Beets & rice cereal. mmMMmmmm!)

  1. He might like sweet potato "french fries"... baked in the oven instead of fried so they're healthier. They're actually very nutritious... much more so than white potatoes. I just wish they didn't taste so horrific. Does he like pumpkin? That's a very nutrient rich food, too.

  2. I love sweet potato fries. Dipped in mustard. Best thing ever.
